This is my workout song for today! I like to listen to music associated with sports and pretend I’m playing in a world cup or something when I run ;) I especially like this version of the song because it has a fierce lady in it!
Did anyone else watch the women’s world cup this summer? I would go to the gym when the USA was playing, grab a treadmill in front of the game, and it was the best fitspiration ever!

I made myself a little calendar/countdown this morning to make my life easier, so I can just look at what I’m doing when I go to the fridge in the morning instead of having to go online. The countdown part is how many days I have left on the reshape the nation diet; I signed up exactly 2 weeks ago!
I have to admit, I’ve been slacking on the exercise. I’ve done 3 out of 4 metaboosters this week (and I think I did 4 out of 5 last week) but I should be doing all of them, and to be quite honest I can’t remember the last time I went to the gym! Luckily I have a dog so I get at least 45 minutes of walking per day, but I know I should be doing better.
Almost the weekend! Have a good end of the week everybody.
